It also provides finance to customers (through its subsidiary- to help customers switch over to natural gas. The Solution The scope of work includes understanding the existing application using Oracle 7 and Power Builder 5 and migration to Oracle 8 and Power Builder 7, establishing connectivity between client and server for application usage along with optimization of queries and automation of backup of the database. Due to the optimization of the queries some of the procedures could be run and completed to the one tenth of the original time.
